Tasks include:

• Pre-planning, accommodation, travel and transport
• Managing immigration, visa and work permits
• Liaising and negotiating: Production & Tour Managers, VIP artists, Promoters, Agents and Suppliers, etc.
• Monitoring and maintaining personal data in line with GDPR
• Managing risk and emergencies situations
